As a child I saw the spirits of family who had passed over and was also able to see and feel the energy from the natural world such as plants and trees.
As an empath I have always been able to feel things very deeply from all that is around me.
This was all very confusing to a small child and over time I learnt to block seeing, hearing and feeling all of this in order to live what I thought would be a “normal” life. Of course, now I am older, I know there is no such thing.
